Esafety – Everyones Business
The Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning would like to invite you to a FREE workshop which will cover the issues of eSafety. This will be delivered by Karen Anderson, an Associate of the Centre.
Are you a Facebook fanatic, a serial Tweeter or do you feel left behind by this technological culture shift?
Is your private data really private? Are your personal details safe in the hands of strangers?
This inspiring, interactive workshop will challenge, encourage and inform and is a must for everyone.
After all, eSafety is everybody’s business.
Karen Anderson is Head of ICT at Queen Margaret’s School. A passionate advocate for innovative ICT in all areas, she specialises in computer games design and eSafety, being a Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Ambassador. She has contributed to several textbooks, exam board specifications and is a regular speaker at national conferences. She has a new book due for publication in November which focuses on eSafety in schools as well as ICT in teaching.
