We will collect information about you if you register as a member of Women into the Network Limited at womenintothenetwork.co.uk.

We keep a record of statistics regarding use of our website, but not in a format that identifies any individual.

Your information will be stored on The B Group web server and we will keep our own backup copy. We may also store your information on paper at our offices.

You have a statutory right to see a copy of the information we hold about you on payment of a fee, which is currently £10. Requests must be made in writing to the Women into the Network Limited office at the address stated in point (1).

What we use your information for

We will use your information to provide you with any further details or information you request when you contact us.

If you register as a member of Women into the Network Limited, your contact details and business description declared on your registration form will be shared with other members via our website at womenintothenetwork.co.uk. You may login to the site to change this information at any time.

All other data will be maintained by Women into the Network Limited in accordance with law, and used for the purposes of research, segmenting our membership and offering targeted support to members.

With whom we may share your data

We will share your information with other members of Women into the Network Limited, as described above in paragraph 4.2 of this privacy policy.

We will give third party suppliers who supply services to us (for example, as part of hardware or software maintenance) or who process information on our behalf (such as a hosting company) incidental access to your information.

If you have agreed to act as a Women into the Network Limited role model, or have agreed to appear in an article featured on our website, we may wish to share your information with third parties, such as the media or support organisations. This will only be done with your consent.

In order for Women into the Network Limited to claim funding for the project, we are obliged to provide funders with information on those who have benefited from our activities.
